Trinity Hill Capital Management is a Jersey, Channel Islands-based quantitative investment manager running fully automated statistical strategies for institutional accounts. We design and build algorithms to harvest volatility in liquid, developed market derivatives instruments. Our principals have multi-decade experience across bank, prop and hedge fund environments.

Trinity Hill Capital Management Limited (the "Company") is committed to being a responsible custodian of the information you provide to us and the information we collect in the course of operating our business and providing services to clients.

We may use the information we collect to respond to your enquiries; to provide services you request; to send you marketing communications; to maintain our list of contacts; for business purposes including operational and administrative matters; to assess the effectiveness of our events and publications; to evaluate and recruit personnel; and to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations.
We may share information with employees of the Company, third-party agents and service providers, law enforcement and government authorities where required, and other third parties as provided for under contract or as reasonably necessary to provide our services. We do not sell, rent, or otherwise share any information with unaffiliated entities except as described in this Privacy Policy or with your prior permission.
We rely on the following legal grounds to process personal information: consent — where you have provided consent to specific processing; performance of a contract — where processing is necessary to enter into or perform a contract with you; legal obligation — where we are required to comply with legal or regulatory requirements including KYC and AML obligations; and legitimate interests — where processing is necessary for our legitimate business interests in providing and promoting our services.
We will process the information we collect in Jersey. The European Commission has issued adequacy decisions in respect of Jersey, which is deemed to provide an adequate level of protection for personal information in accordance with European Union standards.
We deploy administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to comply with applicable legal requirements. However, no information system can be 100% secure, and we are not responsible for the security of information transmitted over networks we do not control.
We retain the information we collect for no longer than is reasonably necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, to establish or defend legal rights or obligations, or to satisfy reporting, accounting or wider legal and regulatory obligations.
Where we have relied on your consent to process your personal information, you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time by contacting us. You may also opt out of receiving marketing communications from us at any time.
